1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following words and phrases used in this document have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The heybajil website, mobile site, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "you" — Any person who has registered on or is using the platform.
• "Account" — Your personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Terms" — All rules and regulations set out in this document.
• "Bonus" — Promotional funds or rewards granted by heybajil.
• "Real Money" — Actual funds deposited into your account.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register on and use the platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment.
• You do not reside in a region or jurisdiction where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.
• You are not managing an account on behalf of another person.

heybajil may request documents for age verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents on time may result in the account being suspended.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on the heybajil platform, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. An account opened with false information will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If it is found that the same person is using multiple accounts, all related accounts will be closed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. Report any unauthorized access to the support team immediately. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

3.4 Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting the support team. heybajil also reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the event of any breach of the Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the heybajil platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

Deposited funds will only be accepted from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Processed withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Completing identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before a withdrawal can be processed. heybajil reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if fraud is suspected or during the verification process.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the heybajil platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳10,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 for a total balance of ৳18,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be multiplied by 25 to determine the total amount that must be wagered. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer must be used within a specified period; an expired bonus will be considered void.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.
• heybajil reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• In the event of a breach of bonus terms, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Bonus codes or offers obtained from sources not approved by heybajil are not valid.

5.4 VIP Program

The heybajil VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Reaching a higher level gives access to weekly cashback and additional benefits. Details about the benefits of each level and how to progress can be obtained from the support team.

6 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Commitment

heybajil is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. All games used on our platform are operated in a verifiable and fair manner. Your information and funds are kept secure through SSL encryption and advanced security measures.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the heybajil platform:

• Abusing bonuses or attempting to exploit the bonus system.
• Using multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
• Any form of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting any bug or error in the system.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activity.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the account being closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

heybajil does not sell your personal data to any third party. However, information may be shared when required by law or at the request of a regulatory authority.

10 Limitation of Liability

heybajil will not be liable for the following:

• Loss caused by technical failures, internet connection problems, or third-party service failures.
• Loss resulting from a user's negligence or breach of the Terms.
• Loss caused by unauthorized third-party access, provided heybajil has maintained the necessary security measures.
• Personal financial loss resulting from gaming.

heybajil always strives to ensure platform availability, but the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. No compensation will be provided for this.

11 Dispute Resolution

After receiving a complaint, our team will investigate and provide a resolution as quickly as possible. If a resolution is not reached at the initial stage, the matter will be escalated to senior management. We aim to resolve all disputes in a fair and transparent manner.

heybajil reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified in a timely manner of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms.

13 Applicable Law
